travelers while on official business. The FTR Part 301-50.8 states when selecting a commercial lodging facility, the first consideration must be
given to the commercial lodging facilities under FedRooms®.

Flexibility:
Cancellation deadline is 4:00 p.m. (or later) on date of arrival; most hotels offer last standard room available rates; no

using all booking channels: (e.g., E-Gov Travel Service, travel agency, FedRooms® website, and hotel reservation
call centers). The FedRooms® rate code, XVU, must be entered to get the program benefits.
